how I help you

I am a NeuroMuscular Therapist specialising in physical therapy. Using a hands-on approach, I help people experiencing pain towards recovery.

I am qualified in Health Science, Neuromuscular therapy, Remedial Massage Therapy, Coaching with Neuroscience, Yin Yoga, Dry needling, Cupping and training design and delivery. I am the author of: "Your guide to pain recovery", a brief and easy-to-read guidebook to relieve pain.

Over the last 20 years, I have developed a professional yet non-clinical "wholistic" approach to managing pain.
I have been training and teaching around this approach for over a decade.

I run my treatment clinic in Just off the N11 in Bray Co. Wicklow. This is where I help people with their Physical pain, health and well-being by Integrating the physical and emotional body. I do this by working with the bodys' tissue, combining breathwork with reframing belief systems. I help people work through times of physical and emotional challenge by building resilience and learning to regulate and rebalance their bodies.

I teach group pain recovery workshops for yoga teachers, Rugby, GAA teams and the general public.
