• Flexible Availability: Bookings are available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays (subject to prior arrangement).

• Inclusive Amenities: The rental includes high-speed Wi-Fi, free parking, and access to a kitchenette.

• Convenient Access: A secure key box system ensures easy entry, with detailed instructions provided upon booking.

Rates:

• One Day Rental: €120

• Weekend Package: €200 (Saturday and Sunday)

Booking and Payment Details:

• A deposit is required one month prior to the booking.

• The full balance is due two weeks before the rental date.

• Payments can be made via IBAN transfer to:

  Bank: AIB

Alternatively, bookings can be made online via our calendar. 

Terms of Use:

• The agreement document will provide access details (key code and alarm instructions), which must be reviewed thoroughly before the rental date. A helpful video guide is also available to ensure smooth access.

• Guests are kindly reminded to lock up and rearm the alarm after use.
